RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ScrubX, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, contact us at scrubx.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used products

• Gift cards

• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
