PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

If you purchase a subscription product from ScrubX, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation requests must be made before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log into your customer account.

  2. Access your subscription management portal.

  3. Select the active subscription.

  4. Click "Cancel Subscription."

Please note:

  • Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges.

  • Previous subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Orders already processed prior to cancellation cannot be canceled or refunded.
